I am using body paint to texture a prop. It was not created at the origin. Is there a way I can get BodyPaint to center its camera on the prop?

Thanks

If you're asking how to center the object in the viewport, you can LC and hold down the 1 key to move around scene, 2 key to zoom and 3 key to rotate.

You can also make a target camera, and move the camera target to the model, although I find that kind of disorienting; and you can also just reset the axis of the model with Structure -> Axis Center and move it back to 0/0/0.

Press O to frame the active object in view, H to frame the scene (you can find it all in the viewports "Edit" menu. Insert key as Kai points out to set the rotation center to where the cursor is (if that's what you meant).

use the insert key. just mouse over the are you'd like to pivot around and press insert and that point will become the new pivot. when you want to change pivots just mouse over a new area and press insert again. This is called the set Camera pivot command if you want to look for it in the command manager and assign it a more ideal shortcut.

On the mac keyboard there isn't an insert button - In Maya you use the home key instead, is this the same in C4D/BP?
