Hi, i'm new to AE, and i have this problem when a rendered out edits doesn't match how it syncs when it does in ram preview, by about one or 2 frames. i'm trying to match some edits into a 44.100khz/32 bit /stereo track. the video is 24frame/sec and the whole composite is less then 2 minute compress with quicktime h.264, also, when i out put it, it don't let me output audio to 32 bit, so I can only output as 16 bit. sorry if this sound very silly, any help is appreciated.

32bit audio? What for? Unless you plan to do heavy processing on it, this is absolute overkill and one possible reason for your issues. The resampling for output may result in a timebase mismatch. Hence it would be more logical to resample it externally before actually using it in AE. As for the rest - did you actually check the alignment of the streams in QT (Qt's info panel)? Might just as well only be decoding problems. Also make sure that when outputting, your QT settings match exactly with your comp settings - 23,96 and 24fps are not the same!
