Well one of my classes this semester is Illustration. This semester is mostly all hand done, and then next semester is using Painter. Anyways, I've decided to start a 'sketchbook' of my class projects. I'm gonna be doing extra stuff aside from class on my own, to get used to Painter a bit, Photoshop is the main program for my job, yet I've rarely used Painter.

So lets begin, the first done today (class is once a week) is pen and ink crosshatching.

Here's messing around in painter for a bit with it trying to follow the hatchings. I don't plan on messing with this one any more, since its aside from the project, but I want to know what ya'll suggest for my next time in painter. I know things like the ear could be pushed back, anything else?
