I have recently acquired a student liscence of Vue 6 and the program enjoys crashing at the drop of a hat, even with compatibility mode on. I've noticed it most often crashes when I am trying to open the terrain editor of material editor, but it has also crashed when I was moving a terrain or trying to create a new object.
My system specs are:
3 Ghz AMD Athlon X2 Dual-Core Chip
4 GB DDR Ram
nVidia Quadro FX 1400 graphics card
I've checked the system requirements for Vue 6 and my system matches, and the program says my card should work fine, so I'm wondering if I am running into some strange openGL issue, or is there a driver conflict with another software I have installed. If it's the latter, I'll post a list of software on my system.
