Who can help me how to use Loop Tools ,I lear from your PolyBoost and Mov. I couldn't get this funtion. I follow the Modeling of Loop Tools many many time but I fail.

I know SHIFT is very importion.The tool will also be able to space loops on the top and bottom of a cylinder.I can not catch it main.

Could you use picture step step show it !
