The project is to design a nursing apartment for elders above 70s and with existing planning. Hence a limitation to being creative as nothing much can be done. The main idea is to create a comfortable and warmth environment to the people. Model in MAX and render in mental ray. few hours quick rendering to submit to client. comments are most welcome

oh shoot... i missed that spot. apologise for that. its my careless. the transparency of the people and trees is method i usually used to 'soften' then image rather producing a 'hardcore' real image. Hope you can understand
