Just noticed something else. The second fish in the backgroun except for the color looks just like the one in the foreground. A suggestion is changing position and expression. I would get a better feeling that there are two fish in the bowl.

Hey, maybe you could sell this concept to Pixar, they havn't made any fish-related stories lately. You could have them swimming around looking for some lost fish or something.
Nice image though, but like Animator395 said, you need to make it fell like they are in water more. Adding some caustics and particles would be good.

Maybe it's too blured, and Yes add some bubbles :)
other wise I love the colors! :bounce:
Add some muck too...just some particles floating around in there.....looks good though...oh and add some different looking fish(as in shape and size)...that would help the image immensly(Spelling?)

The thing about fish is.....well basicly they swim (nasty habbit).
And they do that with...... fins (hey don't blame me, I did not invent those watery creatures).
Jokes aside, It does look weird without fins. And I agree with the blur, bubbles and Finding Nemo remarks.

The've just met a gigantic shark now, right?
And they think, "How did this M*********r get into our aquarium, cause they look scared....(and with such teath why would you be).
It looks much better like this, the different fish is good as well.

Blood. Add some blood. With teeth like that they need to be ripping into something!
Nice job.
Note: If you're going to keep adding stuff then this should be considered a WIP, not a finished piece.

Signal has got a point there.... You're not finished till you're finished (and that is how the great wall of China was build).
here's a link some helpful underwater hints:
