Title: Bishop
Name: Jesse Sandifer
Country: USA
Software: Photoshop, ZBrush

This bishop is awestruck by a sign he receives in his hour of need for his people. I wanted to convey the emotion of desperation and sadness with the same moment of surprise, fear, and hope all at once. I modeled and rendered this from Zbrush and did some post effects and color correction in Photoshop.

Thanks guys! I've actually already painted his face and hands, but lost interest once I got to the cloth. I kinda wanted to keep this one simple and leave it in sculpt form...not sure if that's laziness or not. :)

haha its tough, there is something about the way it is right now that's really appealing. Perhaps its part due to you picking a really well fitted color for him. Would be interesting to see it textured but this definitely speaks for it self.
