This took me 5 days from idea to finished project.
The 3D side was done using XSI.

Great work all!

What do you guys think?

funky design. I wouldn't want to go over a speed bump in that thing :)

Good work overall. I would like to see it in an environment though.

that's really good ! Who is the "virtual" constructor ?

Daniel

Nice!

But the car is very very very low over the ground! I don't see any air-vent so where does the engine, cooling system and passenger get air from? The visible part inside the mirror is very small. The brakes will go dam hot...

It would be nice to see where the drive have to sit!

I have some problems with the reflection...the enviroment is white and open (no other parts), but the reflection shows me a white stripe above the car? :surprised

cya.

WOW now I sure do love that ride.

I have made a few designs with the similar shape to them

if interested i'll post some links to them.

With my concept it was based on Electric powered by Hydrogen fuel cell technolgy we will see in the year or 2. Then there would be no need for cooling the engine. If any it would be little.

anyways really nice design, very smooth, just the way I like them.

Smooth design....very curvy. :buttrock:

I also would like to see this in an enviroment setting....please post if you do change the enviroment.

Thanks guys for the words.
Cool that you guys like the design.
Will stick it into an enviroment soon.

Nanabaky: if you mean the one who constructed the car
than the answer is me.

Concept designs are always better when they really low and
have really big wheels and than once they go into the final
stages they become more 'normal'

Later!

Gee Wiz! Wow Wee, what a car man!
If only such a car could exist. It would make my granny such a happy little lady. She really likes futuristic cars. You should see the one she's currently driving.

Anyway, well done and see you at the coffee machine

Ey! Who are we to crit these things? Looks pretty futuristic, maybe it has got an Special Air Refresher Gadget or whatever. And what do you think of the Speed Bump Detection System which lifts the car a little? Brakes? What does a man need brakes for? lol.

The point is: who cares. It's the image that matters. And he did that pretty nice

nice, but I don't like that it's wider at the front then the rear.

5 days, wow.

I still have many more ideas with this type of design, in most cases i try to develope different places for the A-piller, like the top one its under the glass, trying to make that area more smooth.

anyhoo later bro.

Eightdecay: those cars rock man. I particularly like the
3rd 1 ( glx 2003).

Hmm I recognize Stefan Schulze's Peugeot 4002 (http://www.maxon.net/pages/dyn_files/dyn_htx/htx/381/00381_00385.html) (that won the Peugeot design contest)and my own concept (http://www.cgtalk.com/showthread.php?s=&threadid=61534) a bit too. Not saying the design isn't yours though, but I guess you had some inspiration :).

Nice execution although it's a bit too low to the ground as Daniel pointed out. Even for a concept I think.

I like the render too except for the speculars that seem too soft for my taste. I'd leave them out all together.

The design is totally my style .

i like the concept, although I don't think this vehicle will be very aerodynamic.. because the front is rather flat, more vertical than horizontal..

Any animations (showing the power)?

good design ! but unfortunately we will never see such a car on the road, because at "high speed" it will take off ! It's the same profile that a plane's wing :hmm:
