Hi all

I am a newbie to after effects. I am trying to create a moving videowall drifting in space. Can anybody teach me how to do it?

What are the steps involved?

Hey man, Check out the Creative Cow forums....I'm pretty sure they have a tut just for that in there. I'll see if I have it bookmarked anywhere if you can't find it.

Hi,

Scale down your clips and assemble something like a gri, then precompose it all and animate de position of the created pre compose. Do a search for precompose in the AE help files and you will get the picture (works kind of a merge:surprised ).

Check out Digital Anarchy's 3D Assistants. They saved me a few days of work, heh. Really worth the money. Though, you can do it manually, just check their site ;)
