hello,

I'm trying to make a bark texture. I've had no luck at it. its there any tricks? also is there any good texture map libraries that have good bark textures?

Photographs are the best way to go - find a fat old tree and snap away!

Marlin also do a pretty good Plantlife CD, it's mostly foliage, but there's some bark in there!
