I recently purchased Painter X through Corel's web site. I chose the downloaded version which doesn't offer a manual or CD option. I would like to purchase both to have the extras provided in the boxed version. I've tried to contact Corel directly, but I've had no luck as the only phone number I could find was sales, which no one seems to answer. Anyone have any other way to contact Corel? I also tried email and got nowhere the response directed me back to the FAQ page which was no help.

I called Corel's online ordering number and asked about a manual and disc. They call it a media backup kit. It retails for 49.50. They gave me a 50% discount so, with shipping, it was 33.50. The price difference between the download version and the box version is only $10.00, I guess they need to make some extra $$ somewhere. ;-)
