Ya know, I don't say this very often, but this should be front page. It is the antithesis of usual CG women, and is more based in reality also. It will be controversial, but that's probably a good thing. Absolutely incredible work.

:) wow thank you all guys! Didnt expect so much talkin about this image but I am glad u like the weird as much as I do. Anyway I think I've worked on this in my hot and lazy vacation days in Italy so no full time everything took about 2 weeks. I havent re-meshed and then extracted the displacement maps though as I ran out of time (leaving tomorrow morning to go back to NZ ). See below the basic render I started with in PS of the hi res mesh from Mudbox.

Beautiful freaks. Yeah. pretty stunning work in here. Very good job on the sculpting, pose, gesture, expression... I really dig what you did on the creapy animal on her arm, very cool features too.
The final image is cool but I'm more impressed by the global sculpting approach. The render could have gone toward a more photographical approach (since this is all damn realistic) or cinematographical one maybe. Just a though. ( ain't talking about days of rendering tuning, don't get me wrong. Paintover rocks).

It's missing stretch marks around her breasts or smaller wrinkles in places where they should be. Imo it seems as if her nipples and skin around her neck and chest are far too young in appearance.
