Its a very nice scene. I think you could use a little bit of colour correction.

Thank you Avishek for your opinions on the rendering. I have used sunlight in this scene. I have been trying to work on that a lot now, but I can never get enough sunlight into the scene.
What sort of colour correction would I have to do to the image? Also, recently, I have been having issues with the ceiling looking very spotty. I am assuming it is the global illumination, but not sure about it. Any advice on that?
thanks

It is a nice render!
I don't know if you were looking for feedback on the actual design, but the one thing that sticks out to me is that the carpet pattern really draws the eyes to the ground. I do not know if that was the intent, but the dynamic pattern compared to the rest of the surfaces, drives the hierarchy in that direction.
Also, some of the lighter furniture, like the lighter fabric chairs are disappearing into that same carpet.
As a few suggestions, toning down the carpet pattern and maybe placing some accented colored artwork on the walls might balance out the room.
Humbly submitted,
K.

i like this.. it's very clean and new looking but still has the sense of being a real place
the chairs in the foreground look like they could use a tiny bit more contact shadow

Hi guys,
thank you for all your comments. We did not have much say in the design as such, since that was left upto the interior designer and the client. however, i did need some help on the rendering as such (in terms of lighting, modeling, etc.). How exactly do I increase the contact shadows only for the chairs in the front? Are there any tutorials for that? I have been having that issue for a long time now and don't know how to solve it.
