Hi!!

Here is my first attemp of drawing a Dragon in speedpainting mode!! Too different from my usual style.

Only 3 layers!! About 7 hours drawing in black and white and 2 hours colouring it.

Photoshop, Wacom Graphire4.

Comments and critics are very welcome!! Thanx!!

my first attempt with dragons sucked alot so much so that i never tried again......
this is ok ...just two things you could do to make it better...one use alot less black to account for the intensity of the fire....and two, try to seperate the hand in the forground from the rest, in terms of depth using colour, maybe if his abdomen lit was more by the fire his hand would pop forward more. Remember you can achieve depth with more than just perspective. It would also help with focusing the eye ...if you squint the hand, especially the thumb blends into the face.
