nice design and colours... i only wish that you had shaded the headpiece in a way that makes it look more rounded and more metallic...more intense and specular highlights that shift from yellow to white in the brighter areas would help ahcieve that , right now the highlights are to diffused. Twisting some of the feathers to the side would also help with the roundness
