Hello.
I'm sorry if this upsets anyone.
Seems like most questions today do.
Oh well.
I've been around the forum, I've also read my book, but I can't find the answer to my problem.
This question regards 3D Studio MAX 4.
When I have ID'ed my model, and apply an UVW modifier on it, the UVW sort of follow the model, um. How should I explain this?
When I apply a planar UVW it gets morphed... like this:

Then, when I rotate the gizmo, it deforms. It contracts and it expands regarding on how close/far to the selected faces it is. I can't find any way to shut this off. My other models work just as they have been doing, but this one is all crazy.
And yes, I'm new to UVW's.
Thank you for your time.
