I have made this fight scene with reference from some of Jackie Chan's movies. Please tell me what I am missing. I might sound stupid but counted the time for the kicks in real movie and the time for this scene is exactly same still the action seems too fast....

It's something obvious, so maybe you've checked this. If you took it from a movie, realize framerate for film is 23 fps. Default for 3d programs is 30fps. That might fudge with your speed.
