Hi
I got clip that too short so i time stretch it but wanted to use time remap to speed,slow some parts too.
I tried it but thoguht it's a mess,Any tips for best result?

What do you consider a "mess"? If you get ghosting or stutter, change the frameblending settings or replace the remapping with the Timewarp filter. the rest is pretty much the same as if you were animating any other parameter, so I dont really understand your problem. the only difference is that time by its nature works best with linear keyframes....
