View Full Version : Altering the attribute editor for a Cgfx Shader

Hi all,

I'm looking to add a few buttons to the material attributes section of the attribute editor for a CgFX node. I know a good amount of MEL and a decent amount of python, but can't seem to find the code that sets up what that section looks like in the attribute editor. I've tried looking in the AEcgfxShaderTemplate.mel and the cgfxShader_initUI but can't seem to find what I'm looking for. If anyone has any information on how to modify that section in the attribute editor for lamberts/blinns, that would be greatly appreciated as well, as it might point me in the right direction. Thanks in advance for any help.
