Looks like the domain name expired last week and a Network Solutions 'renew me' page is up. Probably just slipped through the cracks with the 3.1 update coming. Maybe someone could notify pmG in case they are not aware?

I emailed Paula earlier today. It was weird, because even adding the "www" didn't help. You can now get to the site if you use the "www". If you leave it out, you get the other page.

Just tried to visit the pmg site and it appears the site is having some issues/changes. Could that message just be an indication that pmG is updating their site and not that someone else has taken over the domain name?

The issue is a hosting problem. Apparently some sort of server issue and is being looked at. Hopefully will be back and running soon.
