Okay, I'm using Maya 4.0.2. I had a look around the forum and the Maya documentation and couldn't find any information on this.

How would I go about using Mirror Weights on separate noncontiguous objects? I have a 4-legged character that has two sets of shoulder pads that are four separate objects apart from the main model. I have them weighted properly on one side... now how do I mirror them to the other?

Do I have to combine them into one object, or what? I haven't had any luck with anything I've tried yet. Is this possible or will I have to do the other half manually?

Thanks in advance. :)
