Nice work. My favorite is that guy with the mask, so I would have put him at the beginning of the reel.

Love your work man, good original content and nice presentation! Really digging the Huntress idea! Here is my crit:
Texture up the amphibian dude with goggles and showcase him first - he is your hook, shows your knowledge of blendshape pipeline as well as obvious modeling / texturing skills.
Get more creative with the statue guy ... definately texture him, add moss, cracks, maybe some small plants/vines ...
With wasp girl, she seems WIP. Wings appear incomplete - I think two pairs of wings is what she needs or something to complete her. Get into more detail in eyes/face/head -- some personality could be really impactful with her.
Huntress is cool, but all that untextured content screams WIP. Recruit someone to do some Shave or Maya Hair passes for the fur if you dont want to get into that yourself -- get some sweet zBrush dispalcement work on that elephant -- nothing wrong with working on demo pieces with a partner.
Keep up the hard work C-man and hope to see you again real soon!

junghoonjoe (http://forums.cgsociety.org/member.php?u=247344)- Hey Joe, Yeah the alien guy is my fav too, I am going to texture him and push the sculpting a little more.
tmyohlaing (http://forums.cgsociety.org/member.php?u=312816)- Thanks for checking out my stuff
ammon (http://forums.cgsociety.org/member.php?u=53012)- Wade, Its been a little while, hopefully you can make it up to LA soon. heard you guys might be moving up here actually.
I like your critique, The alien guy and the viking will be textured soon, I was going to start an environment but I will texture those two first.
I think I am done with the wasp chick and the animal scene, just spent alot of time on them, you know, just gotta move on.
Your critique was very helpful, keep a lookout for my new stuff.
First off, awesome work, you've gotten so much better in the last year!
Now for my critique:
I'm not really digging the wasp chick, she just doesn't seem right, it could be the texture, but I'm not sure, it's missing something and like Wade says, doesn't look complete.
The viking has great anatomy, but it could definetly use some more detail to stand out more as a statue.
The alien dude is AWESOME, he looks great, looks like he deforms great too. Great job on it.
The same with your hand and foot studies, they look great, especially the hand.
The huntress is awesome EXCEPT for her face, that's the one thing I notice first when I see her and not in a good way.
The animals she is standing on look really good too, except for them being untextured, kinda throws everything off, which brings me to my next point.
Having some stuff textured and some stuff untextured looks a little unprofessional. The textured work shows you can do it, but when you leave the rest of the reel untextured it looks incomplete, I don't want to go so far as saying it makes you look lazy but just doesn't present well.
Also, you show some assets wireframes, but not all. It's inconsistent, either do it on everything or nothing, same with the texturing.
