I post here every now and then when I really see something catch my eye. I can say through that piece that you have your own unique style which is great! No real hard crits since its sort of a unfinished piece like you said, but what I thought best was the expressions on the faces and the use of light and dark which is wonderful. Goes to show that a simple piece can sometimes show more then half nude ladies with big guns. Thus I fall under that category every now and then :D . Keep posting! Great stuff

looks good, is this digital or a physical medium?, if its digi, id say it be cool to add some dramatic high highlights..but if its traditonal just leave it alone at the risk of ****ing it up
where would you suggest the highlights?
its photoshop only, so modifications are possible yes. :)
Sel:thanks a lot for the comment, but i must add that i've used references for large parts of the image. Its mostly for practice, but I also try to create a certain mood with it.
hm iit looks like george washington without beard and a very young liza minelli (a bit). the brush strokes look like real media tools. very good!
the eyes look quite real.:applause:
I suppose it is similar to liza minelli, but no, its not her, its one of those russian lesbian tatu girls. heh., i changed the hair and clothing(the crappy parts ;) ).
The man is just vaguely based on max von sydow, i just had a small black and white pic of him, but he had an interesting, sort of fatherly face, that i thought would work for this pic..
