Hello there,

I have a little problem with Painter X and want to ask you if you have a idea what is going on with my cursor.
Everytime the cursor seems to copy himself and shows up somewhere on the screen.
Even when I shut down the window it is still there, so I have to close Painter and restart to fade it out again.
I have already found out that it happens sometimes when I zoom into the canvas.

May someone else had or still have the problem too?

I attached a screenshot of this strange bug. On this image you can see what is going on after few zooms.

Thank you.

Hi,

That's the Enhanced Brush Ghost that seems to leave a copy of itself in one location or another on the Painter X screen, sometimes.

It is a bug. I don't know how to stop it from happening except to disable the Enhanced Brush Ghost by clicking to uncheck the Enhanced Brush Ghost box:

Mac - Painter X > Preferences > General

Windows - Edit > Preferences > General

With the Enhanced Brush Ghost disabled, you may also find your brush strokes speed up as it takes up memory.

It'll help of you post a message about this, along with the screen print, at The PainterFactory (http://painterfactory.com), in the Got a Question? forum.
