If you want it (your exported Quicktime file) uncompressed, use the Animation codec. If you want a great compromise between quality and file size, use h.264. If you want it just plain smaller but still looks okay, use the Sorenson3 codec - it'll basically look like digital video (no really rich blacks or crisp whites) and the file size will be significantly reduced.
Hope this helps-

Thank u so much for ur reply
i tried the animation the quality is very good but when the movie plays on quicktime it suddenly STOPS and return back i dont know why, is it because of its size? its 2 Gb for 2.23 min and i think its very big size, so....

"it suddenly STOPS and return back i dont know why, is it because of its size?"
Yes, the file size is HUGE when you export as Animation codec - and many computers aren't beefy enough to play it back (too much information) so the typical thing to see is they just freeze - and sometimes pick back up and continue later in the video.
"when i Export my demo which is the most suitable video compressor with the quicktime that gives me a high quality result"
Exporting to DVD - that's gonna have nothing to do with Quicktime. That codec is mpeg-2. You can export to DVD from Premiere, or export to DVD from a good quality Quicktime (try using the Animation codec version you already exported) or AVI and bring it into another program like Nero for DVD creation.
Nero has a decent encoding codec for mpeg-2, and can burn simple DVDs for people to watch.
If you want to send around a link for people to watch your demo reel, I'd actually make it the Sorenson3 codec - pretty much every computer on the planet that can play Quicktime will play it just fine. Not EVERYONE has the h.264 codec installed yet, so it might be hit ot miss with those with slightly older computers.
Hope this helps-

Thank u so much Lew u r very helpful
Actually i'm making this demo reel to apply for a job in a big company and they want a DVD reel so it has to be high quality for sure and play smoothly without problems, do u think i can burn the demo in quicktime with the animation codec with that big size (so will it work properly without stoping as they will be using strong computers or even a DVD)
I need an advice plzzzzzzz cause i'm running out of time
