I think this forum is getting tired of Heads. :(

I had a face model on here too and got no responses.

As far as your head goes, the edge loops around the eyes look good but are not very detailed around the mouth. The forehead juts forward too much and is not flat enough. The line running up the middle of the head is pointy, and should be more flat.

Try posting true front and side views in un-smoothed mesh for better crits. Its hard to tell from these persp views to tell if the proportions are correct.

Ok after looking at your wires I have basically the same comments. An easy way to help fix the forehead is looking in the mirror at your own forehead. From the side, a line going up from the outside corners of your eyebrows should almost be in line with the middle of your forehead. That way the forehead is almost flat all the way across from above one eyebrow to the other. In your wire you have the middle line and 2 lines on either side going straight up. All 5 lines should 'almost' lay on top of each other in the side view. You should stagger them back a bit for each set to make the forehead slightly rounded.

As for the lips. Look at the difference in your wires between your eyes and your lips. You eyes have well defined loops including three loops around each eye, but your lips only have one loop around them. There should be at least one more loop around the lips to help define them.

I think the eyes are a bit small, the head should be about 5 eyewidths apart. I measured your head in Photoshop as being 500 pixels wide at the widest point, which means each eye should be 100 pixels wide from one corner to the other. Right now your eye is only about 80 pixels wide. So I would enlarge the eyeball some and make the corners of the eyes wider.

Also it looks like your ear is too big for the head.

Are you using reference shots? You should always use reference shots to help you at least get the features close to correct. Every persons features are very close to the same. You can get some great reference shots to use at www.fineart.sk.
