Title: Something Warm
Name: Levene Wong
Country: Singapore
Software: Photoshop

I'm a big fan of childrens' book illustrators like E.H Shepard and Beatrix Potter, just to name the famous ones... not like I'm anything like them yet!

Anyway I did this piece as a children's book illustration, with a soft watercolour look, trying to keep it loose and simple and not overdo it with too much details.. I wanted to evoke a sense of warmth in this picture in contrast to the wintry atmosphere.. hope you like it! any comments would be greatly appreciated

Hey there! was looking at the forum saw a familiar name. whoahaha.. nice ar.. why's the school bag on the floor... poor boy. wait.. its a girl? hmm children these days...

the thumbnail very nice. the hand also very cute.. but abit small lei. mayb its the style. i thinking y not u put her in a cosy wooden house, then mayb got a fireplace, then another good lighting to manipulate etc... will feel 'warmer'. Cos now still very cold. just a suggestion hehe.. good luck, hope to see your work again :)
