View Full Version : environment: ghost room
suttercane 06-01-2003, 05:31 AM This is something I did about a year ago in Max. standard lighting and rendering. I liked it so well that I put it in my portfolio.
I'm hoping the ghost looks creepy enough. The name of this image is " sometimes, at night, you can see her watching the town" but it's just ghost room for short.
anyone have any suggestions?

You should put volume light.

thanks for the advice... i might go back and do these things... and yes the bump is a little much now that you mention it. The problem with it is I did it so long ago, and I lost all my textures for it. So I would have to go back and retexture it. I probably will someday. I think I could do a much better job now.

In the reflection in the window, you should have put a ghost sitting in the chair ;)
That would have made it really nicer :buttrock:

there is a ghost... its standing behind the chair... i wanted it very subtle.
About the floor... I've never seen one with planks aligned that way ;) Try to make them look a little more random placed 'cause currently, according to normal house construction, your floor would not support much weight ;)
