Made this just for fun :D. All done in Zbrush starting with zspheres, modeled, detailed with the standard brush (the lazy mouse feature helped to make the wrinkles) and finally used an alpha of a skin photo for the texture. Ps for levels, colour balance and that subtle effect of chromatic aberration.
