Well hello everyone. This is my first post on this board. I actually just found it today. This is my goblin character. This is my first time EVER modeling in Polygons, and if you watch the turntable you can see my first attempt at EVER texturing. :)

I struggled to have it match my concept as much as I could. :hmm:

I would say I am pretty much finished modeling, and I am almost finished rigging it. I just have to do the blendshapes for the head. I am having the roughest time trying to get a good-looking "O" phoneme shape for his mouth. I don't know why :annoyed: anyways that is neither here nor there. Please tell me what you think. Crits are especially welcome...it is the only way I will be able to improve.

wow! i really really like that!

first off, the drawing is just beautifull. second, the model is a great transfer from the drawing - it looks like the exact same charcter (give or take a dimension ;) ).

only thing is that it's not smooth - the face, at least.

p0lym0rph: Thanks a lot!

Catbert: You are being waayyyy too kind. Thanks though!

Smooth it? Okay...here you go! Any crits or things I should keep in mind for the next time I model something, or things I should improve on this guy to take it to the next level?
