HDRI : on head model

But what do you want to use it for? I think putting a HDRI in the diffuse slot will look rather horrible, it's like mapping an image of a forest of a cathedral on you face.
Putting the HDRI in the scene enviroment is maybe a better idea. You can then use it to light your head and maybe for the reflections on the skin.
