3D Popup book

I'm not sure what kind of tutorial you're after, but you just place and rotate a few planes in 3D space, use your reference as a guide for the timing, and that's it. If you need a tutorial about 3D space in AE, there are good ones on Creative Cow.

Here's a basic tutorial on that style of effect. The example you show is moving the camera around much more.

I've done some popup like this. It's possible on AE, but maybe time consume.

so, I finally did it on maya. It's take only 10-15 mins to setup a scene.

I don't have a link for tutorials. There's a good one from Total Training for After Effect, look on 3D layer section. It's a good one.
