1.Draw a animation of particle in Illustion:
then export them to pics by sequence, i suggest to use TGA format.
2.For giving them Transparent background:
Use Photoshop batch function to convert them into GIF format.
3.import those GIF to FLASH, then u own ur Particles in flash:)
In my site, i use Illustion to creat Waterfall

and i creat a Buttom with Illusion
