Hello all,
I will be graduating in late December from the AI in Fort Lauderdale with a degree in Visual Effects and Motion Graphics. I'm currently working on more ambitious ideas for my reel. In the meantime, i decided to put together a reel with breakdowns of the best student projects i've done during my time at school.
I'd love to hear feedback on this reel. I will use all the critiques to polish my reel just in time before graduation.
The main area that I'm trying to focus is Compositing. But I'm also familiar with 3d, matchmoving and motion graphics.
My main concern is...since I'm planning to move to LA after graduation and I know that students like me usually get jobs as roto artists or matchmovers....should i tailor my reel towards those areas o should i keep shooting for the high position of compositor?
SO, please, let me know what you guys think and what I can do to improve my reel.
Thanks..!!
