Hi guys, I've been getting near to the end of my demo reel and I wanted to get some feedback on a particular section.
I rendered this clip a few weeks ago when I was working on the lighting so some of the issues that you may see have been addressed.
Hands going through floor, snappy movements and such...
In a nutshell I'm interested in the camera motion due to a technique I am trying to showcase which allows me to combine character renderings from hash with backgrounds from ElectricImage by using camera data exported from hash/then manipulated in an app I wrote.
here's the link(3.3mb sorenson compressed)

Please let me know what you think.
thanks a lot

No feelings on this, huh?
I just didn't want to get too carried away with the camera moves....

well to be honest it got me a bit dizzy at the end.. around the last corner and whe he starts sliding.. i think the first hallway worked erally well and then i didnt mind the sideways camera but *my opnion* it got a bit too spinny at the end ,, i was getting disoriented.
the animations look nice and smooth .. i would just maybe fade out near the end of his falling before the sliding turn.. other than that.. interesting idea!

Hi Nikodemus, thanks for taking a look and writing back!
I appreciate the thoughts.
I'm gonna go back and take another look at the camera.
Unfortunately I can't fade it out at that point, so I think I'll have to look at toning downt he motion
thanks
