Name: Lukasz Siudzinski
Software: Maya, mental ray, Photoshop, ZBrush
I want to create character who is inspired by some 2d comic/illustration artists and Pixar movies, but I want her to be more serious. She's not a girl from slapstick comedy, she's a real person, living a real life with all of it's ups and downs.
Iink to short turnaround:

She is beautiful, expressive and really charming.
I hope she's appealing;).
Some more images of her and wips you can find on my blog: luki3d.blogspot.com.

I really like the face, though the slightly closed eyelids make her feel a bit blase ;) All in all a great character:)
Thanks guys. It's really nice to hear that you like it.

Jesus one of the best renders I've seen in the last few days, due to its beauty versus simplicity.
Lovely, 5 stars.
Thanks once again.
If you want to see shaded and wire view here it is! Tada! ;) Cloth on neck isn't supersmooth but i want it to be like that. All the clothes are imported from zbrush, there was no need to bake displacement maps i think.
I would like to thank Wujek Lukanio Lesiak for borrowing me "arafat's cloth" (i'm not sure how to name it) and patience;).

Nice one! Really love the character!

awesome job man, i love it... did u model the rest of the body?
08-05-2008, 04:40 PM
How cute! I love the skin. As for the upper eyelids being somewhat lowered, to me that (paired with the shape of the lips) makes her look sad, not blase. So in my opinion you did achieve your goal of making her look a bit sad and serious. :)

Very nice Luki, she's a beauty !

just too cute... i love it, great!.. maybe her neck a little bit thinner? (according to the character´s style)... right now looks perfect, i love this kind of characters, congratulations!

She's an adorable character. I look forward to seeing more from you.

Wow, she is stunning!
Very elegant and expressive. The eyes and lips are particularly great. I really like the facial proportions and the overall mood she is conveying.
Brilliant work - more like this, please!
Thanks of the kind words guys.
AndyH - i'm waiting for new girl from you. I really like Suzie, Bunny and Tokyo girls. I hope to see something soon;).
Currently i'm working on a whole scene with Ais. New cloths, slightly diferrent hair. And all the rest, you know. Scene.;)
I did a little turnaround of this character. Looks slightly different, cause animating masks was too much work. It's just test how does it look in rendering from different angles. Enough of the Girl in the Hood;).

I really like that, looks fantastic. It caught my eye and made me say, I gotta see that. Nice job there
