Hey man! I'm not even remotely a professional in the industry but here's my thoughts, one student to another, and this is assuming that you made this film as a portfolio piece to get into the 3d industry
As I understand it, it's quality over quantity. Realistically speaking, if you want to make a good short film by yourself 10 minutes is way too long, employers will only see a few seconds of it anyway. I liked the lighting and environments especially the city shots, also the dynamics and effects you seem to have a good grasp of that stuff. Modeling was average overall I think.
Sorry if this is harsh, but I couldn't sit through it all, only scanned through it a few times and the main reason for that was the terrible animation - it made me cringe :( The camera also needs a lot of work its very linear and robotic, maybe look at some movies and action scenes for reference.
As far as story and content goes I can't really comment because I couldn't watch it all but I can say the first shot we see of the plane in the desert is very weak and unimpressive, so you might want to revisit that scene or think of a different way to start the movie.
Congratulations on finishing though, I don't even have the patience to finish a single model let alone a 10 minute film hehe quite the achievement! But yeh once again, if this is meant to land you a job, go for quality not quantity!

I like your hardwork making a 10 min demoreel takes a lot of effort. But nookienick is right about the quantity thing.I am not experienced in making demo reels. But i have heard from seniors that you should convey the message of your story within 2-3 minutes maximum.Best of luck for the job. They will hire your after seeing this kind of hardwork.Noone is perfect at the begining. You will only get better from here.
