haha very good - they need to get the official one online now so the public don't have to watch it in such poor quality.

The final scene was hilarious. BUT are the monsters really scary? hmm.

Eventually I had to chuckle.

Hmm.

Yes they do, I wonder if they will have this attached in front of star wars: clone wars...?

I'm pretty surprised. That actually looked refreshing and more interesting than when i saw trailers for Wall-E.

This is the best movie of the year right here as far as I am concerned. I LOVED the concept when they first unveiled it and the trailer pretty much erased any doubts I had. :D

unlike most animation movies I actually want to see this in the theaters

Please don't let the 3d feel gimmicky . I just hope the movie is still enjoyable in 2d.

This actually looks pretty interesting and I was surprised that I actually laughed at the jokes this time. Can't wait to see this.

looks like it could be a lot of fun... I just hope Dreamworks have learned their lesson and aren't gonna fill it up with pop-culture references a la Shrek sequels... but Kung Fu Panda was a nice story with a heart of gold, so I think they're learning :)

Between kung fu panda and this it looks like finally there is some serious competition for Pixar on fronts other than technical.
Very much looking forward to this.

Agreed, I've got high hopes for this studio now, the trailer was great, really clever comedy.

Suzan, ha, that was good.

Looks cool and all, but not very creative... man screaming like a girl joke... and some of the character designs remind me too much of pixar's stuff, which of course swiped their designs from other places... one eyed flabby monster, pixar did it twice already...

ok finally a character that seth rogans voice matches, haha. Looks very promising though, looking forward to it.

looks good actually. Looks like a lot of fun and not your standard talking animal

I go in with high hopes but even if it sucks like Beowulf the 3d should be a cool experience

As with Kung-Fu Panda, it's nice seeing fully original movies come out of Dreamworks, and not just pop-culture riffs ala Shrek.

Great job Dreamworks!

Great job Dreamworks!Agreed! That was always my biggest beef with DW. They did techincally & artistically amazing movies, but the story telling was so pop-culture that it was like eating cotton candy...sure it taste good for a couple of bites but you can't leave feeling full. I was absolutely stunned and impressed with KFP, and I'm hoping to see more of that with MvA.

On a side note, one of DW animation supervisors is doing a monthly webinar/virtual class room for a very inexpensive price: http://forums.cgsociety.org/showthread.php?f=59&t=659004

How long have you been with DW? You'll have to follow up with us after the release and let us know what you worked on. ;)

I like the "Watch out, here comes....SUUUuuusan."

Congrats Capel, I just started at PDI myself and it's great to see people liking MVA. That trailer does not do the beauty of this film justice. I was blown away by what little I saw and I'm super excited for it.
