Hello! I have created a new tutorial that I have uploaded to YouTube the shows me creating facial anatomy using a base skull from Freedom of Teach (http://www.freedomofteach.com/) and ZSpheres. I used the Clay Tubes Brush and masks for sculpting.

The movie is sped up and there is no audio at this time. This movie builds on the process that I developed in the Sculpting Facial Anatomy (http://www.pixologic.com/blogs/ryan/2007/11/14/reinventing-the-structure-of-the-face/)post at Sculpt.Paint.Create and highlighted in Scott Spencer's book ZBrush Character Creation (http://www.amazon.com/ZBrush-Character-Creation-Advanced-Sculpting/dp/047024996X)

Human Anatomy: Anatomy of the Face (YouTube) (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FA4U4K88nxk)

Here are some screengrabs:

Hey Glenn, the coolest way I have seen was done by Cesar in his video at Gnomonology here (http://gnomonology.com/tutorial/290). Otherwise, I have always just sculpted them from a rounded plane. You can also download a free head from Alex Alvarez here (http://gnomonology.com/tutorial/197) and the teeth here (http://gnomonology.com/tutorial/205).

Cheers,

Ryan

Ryan...THANK YOU for the links...I just put the upper teeth from the Alex Alvares link that you provided, into a model that I had put aside, because I was unable to give him decent teeth...his new teeth work, and look great...so Thanks Again.:thumbsup:

wow! thanks for sharing!
and thanks also for sharing your - and other artists - skills/techniques at your ZB blog Sculpt. Paint. Create!

btw - if I may ask - about your blog/tuts presented there -
is it possible to access some of the tutorials (those that are placed on Veoh.com, for example Fr. Rimassonīs tuts) alternativelly from some other place?
The Veoh.com functionality is not available for the country where I live in - it is blocked for the Czech Republic, for some reason;

I know this question shoud be perhaps adressed to Francois - actually - I searched quite a lot - and was also trying to find some answer in the ZBC forum, but was not succesful so far - so I am asking you, just in case you could possibly know,
thanks, alena
