Hello, just noticed that I forgot to check if leg go normal on up side then i got that effect...
my bones are not in straight line so probably could be that problem but I have example where bones are not in straight line too and go just fine in up side.
(those bones are just with ik (rp) handle and without knee setup (pole vector))

It looks like you're experiencing rotation plane calculation flip. Here's an old post of mine explaining what's going on:

Hello, thanks for the help.

I still anyway recorded a short video where I exploring a problem (actually I dont know if that is problem) on originally joints -already made by tutorial- I puted on them ik handle and it moves ok, then I made equal joints and ik handle and get different results, I really dont understand why.

Hmmmm, I don't understand why you have 2 joints at the knee. :sad:
