Hello everyone:) This is a character I made awhile go, but I had always put off coloring her because I'm still very much a newbie when it comes to Photoshop CG'ing, but I finally decided todays the day. She's sort of a conglomerate of all my favorite anime rolled into a single character, i.e. the obvious Toriyama and Grappler influences...I tried to go for that hip-hop/street-wise, 'round da' way' look...Any crits/comments on how to make the image better are always appreciated. Oh yeah, the background is actually a 3D image I created using Vue d'Esprit. For those interested, the production process went as follows:
1. Original sketch done on 11x14 smooth bristol using non-photo blue pencils.
2. Inked using Sakura micron and Zig Millenium Pens (Various widths).
3. Thick black areas were done using a good ole' Sharpie marker.
4. Scanned.
5. Colored in Photoshop 6.
