Nicely done. First thing that strikes me is the nose seems a bit stick on. This looks partly to be within the modelling, but the falloff highlight or incidence on your shader is highlighting the problem. Also the eye (Cornea and iris) looks a little too small for the eye socket in my opinion.
Hope this helps

Nice work!
But you have some trobles in lips corners.
Keep going!

Thanks for the advices Ragnar, about the nose it is more about the shader then the model and probably the lighting doesn't help.
When I'll have the time I count to make another render from different position with this model and I'll keep your suggestions in mind, I need to make some tweak on the lips corners for sure!
Thanks guys this helps!

Ciao Diego come stai?
Very nice piece! Really impressed.
And the atmosphere you get is relaxed. Nice to look at, really!
I would say, there is too much difference in the lighting from one eye to the other compared to the 2 sides of the face.
Try adding a little specular on the left eyelashes (top right corner of them). I think you need it to support the rim on the left side of the nose.
Salutami Simona,
Luigi
