The picture as a whole has a warm feeling and the scene layout is quite nice, if a little cluttered.
One thing that does jump out is the fireplace: it looks like it needs more geometry and the stone texture looks pretty flat to me, no real interaction with the lighting of the scene. The roaring glow of the fire doesn't seem to be effecting the rest of the scene at all either.
Redo the fireplace and i reckon you have a nice interior

...it's wonderful so far! I've had similar "problems" with mapping stonework to fireplaces (without displacement). Professionally, I'm certain a client wouldn't even notice or care: they don't have the same expectations we have of each other. So from that line of thinking, this one is very well done!
But I'm eager to see how displacement would affect the outcome, so if you're feeling up to it give that a shot!

actually i will have to displace it a bit more coz it has been displaced ..unfortunately it dint work :D

I am with everybody else. The image and atmosphere are great. Spend a few hours modeling/displacing that fireplace. :P
