Could i obtain this effect use only "Lens effect Flare" of VideoPost in 3ds or i need any plugin?

It is with great pain that I explain this, as lens flares are possibly the most overused, ugly, unwanted effect available to us...
But...Questions should be answered without such judgements...so..
First, hit the F1 key and do a search for Lens Flare. This will show you the basics of doing the effect...
You may use either the Lens Effect in the render effects dialog, or, you can do it in video post.
It is a simple interface. Try the render effects dialog first, as it's much simpler to understand and implement.
Just open it up, create a lens effects effect, and the then pick a light source or material ID to generate the effect.

Sometimes lens flare effects are needed. Anytime a camera passes over the sun you'll usually get them. The backlash on them has become so strong that even when people SHOULD use a "camera effect," they don't.
