This short will be a fun action sequence following a biker who gets caught up in a madcap chase through the streets of a San Francisco-like city. At different points, the chase involves a trolley, a bike-cop, a yugo, a firetruck, a semi, a scooter, and a kitty cat.

Third update 10/17: 25 seconds of draft animation... too detailed, gotta go quicker...

Second update 9/4: I started animatick-ing last night, after building up the set slowly over the last month. Here is a fly-through of the set:

First update 7/29/08: I've been working on this on and off for a year. Finally decided I'd get down to it in earnest a couple weeks ago, and now I have some stuff to show. I've been carrying around the sequence of events for a long time now, so my plan is to rough in the models and rigs and get right to an animatic. With the animatic, I will be able to convince some of my friends to help out with more detailed modeling, texturing, and lighting.
