unhide the Top, Right or Front view cameras

those are application cameras, they live in the application scope.
Open the explorer and change the scope to Application (press "a" with the mouse on top of an explorer window). They appear under "Views" as viewA,B,C,D.. each one with it own set of cameras and render region.
