CGTalk - render problem and IPR hangs

Hi
Sorry I am not sure I post right place but Pls help me out.
I model a ship in maya (ploy)
Dose anyone know what is this problem?
following is the viewprot looks fine.

It also COZ Maya hangs when doing IPR(in task mangement the CPU loaded for maya is 0%)

I am dying for this!!!!!!!
PLS Help me.

Check the IPR directory in you maya home directory and delete any junk .ipr files that are left over. Like many apps, maya doesn't always clean up after itself and leaves these temp ipr files that can get really big and get corrupt.
