Nice job on the armour, nice to see it looking alittle worn and not like it's been polished. nice style in general. it fits the characters

Here a couple of pencil sketches ideally ready to be rendered like the others. Actually I like them as they are... I'm not sure i will colour them... (hope i can post them in this area).

From the look of your work, your better than many pros I've seen over the years. Have you been using reference for these? can you do something more dynamic? I also wonder about your compositional abilities.

Many many many thanx =)
I've used references for the knight (some armours photos i've collected on the web) and for the lesser goblin (a warhammer miniature).
You got the point anyway: giving movement to my figures it's a challenge to me at the moment: I've made some experiment, but they seem a little bit weird. I'm reading some articles on composition too...
well I have to try a "more-characters-more-interaction-more movement-and-some-background" draw.
be patient, I'm an engeneer ;-)

good start. I'm more of a mind set as an engineer as well, though thats not the route I went. Study the mechanics of the body, but keep an eye for the overall rythme, make sure you reed the books and dont just look at the pictures and youll be there in no time. As a teenager I didnt pay enough attention to the written aspects of drawing books. I wasted a lot of time.

the leg plateing on the first knight isnt very reliable :)
the strings that keep them there are al visable, and can be cut of...which woulnt be good eh? :) parhaps you could add plating on the back as well, or some other means to secure the strings, sp they dont cut of so easily.
otherwise i like those images
