It's interesting.

I don't really like the placement of the ears... it almost looks like they are coming out from the eyes.

The torso could have a little more shape in it.

Maybe put more thought into the feet... they look like rubber gloves that have been blown up.

The shape of the mouth could be altered to give him a little more character.

Overall it looks pretty interesting though.

I think it could turn out pretty well if you spend a little more time on it.
